Do you have a passion for Supply Chain Management and have experience working for an FMCG or Manufacturing Organisation in a cross-functional role supporting transformation and strategy development across Supply & Demand Planning, Materials & Production Planning and S&OP leadership?
My client is looking for a General Manager Supply Chain Transformation Leader who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment and can juggle numerous priorities at once to join on an initial interim basis to support the organisation through a transformative period.
You will be leading a Planning team and supporting cross-functional Supply Chain Excellence and systems implementation of SAP IBP.
We are seeking someone who has experience across:

- Has implemented an ERP and Advanced Planning System (APS)
- Supply Chain Project Management skills
- Proven experience in Supply Chain within an FMCG and/or fast paced and complex manufacturing environment
- Passion for people, process and systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic mindset and exceptional influencing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
